We've made it easier than ever to skip your loan payment. No need to call or visit a branch—you can now submit your request right from your phone or computer.

How to Skip a Payment:

1. Log in to your Online Banking or the Guadalupe CU Mobile App.
2. Find your eligible loan and select the “Skip Payment” option.
3. Follow the quick prompts to complete your request.

Eligibility Requirements

• Your loan must be current (within the grace period).
• Excludes mortgages, mobile homes, credit cards, and loans with CPI insurance premiums.
